The ADF Controller engine is defined int the internal NavagationHandlerImpl class that extends the javax.faces.application.NavigationaHandler of the JavaServer Faces framework. A faces-config.xml configuration file that is added to the META-INF directory of the ADF Controller Library registers the Oracle controller with the JavaServer Faces framework at run time.
